What to Expect:
Receiving home health for the first time can
be confusing. We want to alleviate any fears
of what will happen next. Our first step is to
call you to schedule your first visit with one
of our nurses. We will come to your home
and do an evaluation of your care needs.
After that, a nurse and/or therapist will
create a plan and begin services in the
comfort of your home.
